I ended a 24-year relationship in August after uncovering long-term abuse. My ex presents himself as practicing “ethical non-monogamy,” but over the last five years his behavior was neither ethical nor safe. While I was seriously ill and often bedridden with a disability, he lied about sexual safety (includ-ing falsely claiming he had a vasectomy), solicited unprotected sex without disclosure, and engaged in high-risk sexual behavior that put me and other women at risk. I experienced repeated post-surgical infections following a hysterectomy due to his unsafe practices. He used my illness for sympathy and control, ignored medical advice, and engaged in emotional, sexual, and financial abuse. This included coercion, isolation from support systems, monitoring my activity, and denying me medical care while secretly spending over ~$100k on sex workers, pornog-raphy, and gaming. He specifically targets vulnerable women, including sexual assault survivors and those new to BDSM, and promotes unsafe or non-consensual kink dynamics misrepresented as “edu-cation.” He maintained multiple secret dating and fetish accounts despite agreed transparency and continued contacting me after offering “no contact.” He is currently active on kink, sugar-dating, and mainstream dating platforms and presents himself as “safe” due to a recent vasectomy. Based on my experience and documentation, I strongly urge cau-tion. He is documented on the Domestic Abuse list in Amesbury DV Center if interested.
