Cheater, liar, STD risk. Comes across as sweet, charming, genuine, and wholesome at first. Unfortunately, it’s all an extremely sophisticated act. He led me to believe we were in a serious and exclusive relationship for almost a year. In actuality, he was fucking around the entire time. Not only was he messaging love poems and sexually explicit images to exes and others, and is “platonic friends” with strippers and sex workers whose services he has used, but he also had an entirely separate girlfriend who he was having unprotected sex with for almost our entire relationship. And that’s just who I know about…very possible there were others. Thankfully my STD test was clean but he still put me at risk and cannot be trusted. He uses the “clueless ex-Mormon” card a lot to feign naivety about sex, drugs, relation-ships, etc. In actuality he has been out of the church for almost 20 years and has been around the block quite a few times. He knows the choir boy act is endearing and makes him seem harmless but don’t fall for it. His profession makes him a master manipulator who has a way with words. He made extensive efforts to build my trust and make me feel safe with him, and he exploited that to cheat and lie to my face. Would have very convincing alibis for all the times his “phone ran out of battery”. Fake pictures of trips he was supposedly on while actually still in town and cheating. All very calculated and predatory.
