Tom filled out my booking form on my website. New clients must show me their work info as a form of screening. Rather than oblige, Tom wrote “no thanks” in that section. I texted him and inquired why he said that, and his response was “I provided enough info to proceed with booking a session”. Um no, and that statement sounded quite presumptuous. I told him he did not provide me with enough info, and he needed to adhere to my screening protocol to book a session with me. He then responded with “There is an angry tone to your texts. If you wish to talk about anything, I am here. I would be happy to talk about anything on your mind.” Geez, who does this guy think he is? Time waster for sure.
